Metalsmithing Camp for Teens | 3 day intro workshop | August 5th - 7th

WORKSHOP DETAILS: What: Three day intro to metalsmithing workshop. Suitable for teens aged 14 and up. When: Tuesday August 5th through Thursday August 7th | 9:00 until 4:00  Where: Wild Heart Wares Workshop Space 100 N Ash Street, Bingen WA 98605 Join me in downtown Bingen for a three day beginner metalsmithing workshop that is suitable for teens aged 14 and up. This workshop will cover sourcing materials, workshop safety, tool talk, setting up a home studio, creativity and inspiration, and of course the basics of metalsmithing; soldering, sawing, forming, bezel setting, and finishing work.  Each student will have their own 3x3 workspace with the tools needed to complete each project. Each day will begin with a demonstration of the project you'll be taking on including a ring on day one, earrings on day two, and your choice of a necklace or cuff bracelet on day three.
