This bread starts with whole spelt berries.  I mill the grain fresh to order, it can't get any fresher.  Deliciously nutty, kissed with olive oil and sorghum, soft enough for a nostalgic PBJ and sturdy enough for soups.   Ingredients: organic ohio-grown spelt, extra virgin olive oil, ohio grown sorghum, sourdough starter culture, salt.   This is a two pound loaf - the best deal on the menu!   Wednesday Porch Pick up 4-8pm (in cleveland near metro hospital, address given upon ordering) OR if you would like to pick up (5-9pm) inside the Bottlehouse @ 2050 Lee Rd, Cleveland Heights PLEASE leave a not in your order   *you do not need to leave a note for porch pick up*
