DIY Balloon Garland Kit

Put together a fun balloon backdrop for your NYE party or classic celebration! This garland looks great behind the bar or in the backdrop of your photos. Kit contains: 70 11" latex balloons (including 7 confetti balloons), one hand air pump, 30ft of twine, 2 adhesive wall hooks, and instructions. Please note that the balloons in the kit arrive uninflated. Use enclosed air pump to inflate balloons.
