Brown Oiltan Cowhide Flogger, Small

Brown OIltan Cowhide laced handle.  This one is built for Sting. It's a dense hide and the tails are cut narrow. It's hard to photograph as the tails are stiff. On a scale of 1 to 10 (Velvety Soft to Very Heavy Thud) this would be an 8, with a good bit of sting. There is a coordinating full size flogger at #4791 30 tails,  3/8" wide, 20" long, 8" handle, 28" overall  #3433
