Black laced handle. This is a different sort of piece. It's not Big and Heavy like a full size buffalo flogger but it is Intense. The buffalo is dense but still supple and the red cowhide is heavier to coordinate. On a scale of 1 to 10 (Velvety Soft to Very Heavy Thud) this would be a 6+, with a good bit of sting. 37 tails, 3/8" wide, 16" long, 7" handle, 23" overall #4918
