Rocket Espresso delivers with the R58 V2, featuring dual independently operated PID controlled boilers and a commercial grade rotary pump. Rocket Espresso’s unique aesthetic shows in the tapered height-adjustable feet and large, gear-like steam & hot water knobs. At the core of the machine are the 0.58 and 1.8 liter copper boilers reinforced by 9 mm boiler end plates, and 1200 watt long-life heating element that work in concert with the E61 group for temperature stability. The R58’s dual boilers allow the you to brew and steam simultaneously. Thanks to the full-sized commercial rotary pump, you can expect near silent brewing and the option to plumb the machine into a direct water line. To complement the R58’s brew and steam power, the removable PID temperature controller can be adjusted to accommodate different roast styles.
