Profitec Pro 300 Overview Profitec knows how to impress us. At first sight, the Pro 300 makes a lasting impression with its polished stainless steel exterior. The front panel of the machine sports a steam pressure gauge and Gicar PID controller, which lets us monitor steam pressure and temperature at a glance. The PID reigns in temperature stability to within a degree of the set temperature, and features a convenient shot timer for more precise pulls.
