Profitec Drive Overview The Profitec Drive is a reimagining of the German made Pro 700, Profitec’s top tier dual boiler espresso machine. Stock with an E61 flow control device and brimming with new functionality thanks to the updated PID controller, the Drive delivers precise control of brewing variables and simple upkeep and maintenance thanks to built-in reminders. Profitec also updated the housing to streamline the look of the machine while echoing design elements found their other machines. Features and Benefits Power and precision are guaranteed on the Drive thanks to its dual boilers and dual PID control. Users can independently set the temperatures of the 0.75L brew boiler and the 2.0L steam boiler while the high capacity ensures excellent thermal stability and steam power. At the max steam temperature of 270F the Drive reaches an explosive 2 bar of steam pressure. For brewing the Drive is equipped with a whisper quiet rotary pump and comes stock with Profitec’s E61 flow control
