Thermo IS50 FTIR, configured with standard MID IR configuration. As shown includes PC and the ITX diamond ATR accessory as well as the Raman accessory. System has been fully tested for to meet original Factory Specs. Raman accessory has the 9 well plate and microscope slide adapter. Automated Raman sampling can be done once the 9 well template has been setup. Includes a 60 day warranty on all parts except the KBR optics and diamond ATR crystal.
