Stickers are dishwasher safe and can be washed repeatedly in a dishwasher, as well as be aggressively hand washed. Stickers can adhere to fabric, but are not washing machinable or ironable.Stickers with permanent adhesive will stick to cars for a long period of time, though I cannot speak to the ease of their removal.
