Made for fire department connections FDC's. Comes in 2 1/2" NST and 3" NST. ABS plastic. Not suitable for pressure testing. Measurements when measuring FDC Outlets: 2 1/2" NST plug fits outlets that measure 3" across coupling. 3" NST plug fits outlets that measure 3 5/8" across coupling. Previously part number C31.
