The Story of God With Us

This book traces the foundational reality at the heart of the biblical story: God’s desire and determination to be with His people. Ultimately, the mighty and wondrous deeds of God found in the Bible are all done for one reason… So He could dwell with us, and we with Him. Always and forever, world without end. We believe deeply in formational story-telling. God is the Author of the true story of the world. The Father has revealed himself to us by his Word, which is manifested in his Spirit-filled Son (Jesus) and in his Spirit-wrought story (The Bible).  Like many great stories, the Bible has multiple thematic threads that run from beginning to end. In this book we will follow the wonderful golden thread of God's presence: his desire and determination to be with his people. This is the foundational reality at the heart of the biblical story.
