1/2 or whole hog deposit

A 1/2 or whole hog is the perfect way to stock up on your favorite cuts and always have the pork you want right on hand.  Our heritage breed hogs live outdoors year round, with fresh air, sunshine, and space to move and grow at a natural pace. We make our own feed from non-GMO ingredients and give our pigs plenty of good straw to munch, play, and rest in. The result is happy lives for our pigs and delicious pork for you that is juicy, tender, well-marbled, and flavorful. When you order a 1/2 or whole hog, you choose what you want, how you want it. The total amount of pork you take home will depend on how big your hog is and what choices you make. A rough estimate for a 1/2 hog is approximately 60-75 pounds of meat from a smaller hog or 80-95 pounds of meat from a larger hog. Our price is $3.00/lb. of hanging weight for the hog. You also pay the locker separately for processing costs. Average total costs (including processing) recently have been approximately $400-$650 for a 1/2 hog an
