Rigid Heddle Loom Beginner’s Woven Scarf Workshop In this all day workshop, you’ll learn how to set up a Rigid Heddle Loom for weaving using the direct warp method and create your first scarf!  We’ll cover tips for keeping your woven edges even and tricks to solve common problems.  No prior experience is necessary.  Please note that standing, walking, bending over and reaching repetitively with both arms are necessary for this class.  If you have any physical restrictions, please contact us so we can discuss accommodation options. Student Supplies:  Bring two skeins (approximately 400 yards total) of a smooth, plied (not singles) worsted or DK weight yarn, such as Cascade 220.  If your yarn is in a hank, please wind it into a cake prior to class
