White Cabbage Kimchi

Made in Portland using a small batch process developed over the years by generations of the Choi family, this kimchi literally bursts with flavor (really, it’s still alive and may bubble a little). Made with Real Good Food founder Jim’s favorite vegetable, this white cabbage kimchi (made without chilies) is mild, fresh and tangy, and is delicious as a side dish or in fried rice. Choi’s kimchis do not contain fish sauce or any other seafood products.
