Safe for: Aromatic │ Topical │ Children Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) DESCRIPTION: Vetiver is a strongly scented oil similar to patchouli favoring the earthy, woodsy, smoky, scents that have been steam distilled from the plant roots.  It is a thick oil that is considered to have a strong base note, meaning that the aroma may take longer than 12 hours to dissipate from the air.  This product is available in a 15 mL amber glass euro bottle. All Wellness Warrior essential oils are organic.  COMMON USES: Vetiver is a great choice for emotional balance, hormonal and nervous system, and skin.  It is best used aromatically or massaged onto the bottoms of the feet.  When diffused, vetiver relieves stress and helps with emotional traumas and/or shock.  Diffuse at night for a restful sleep since it has known sedative reactions to the nervous system.
