Alfalfa Hay Bites are one of our favorite GUILT-FREE treats! They are a wonderful sugar-free, high fiber treat ideal for training and foraging. While alfalfa hay should never be a healthy adult rabbit's primary source of hay, it's perfectly acceptable and even valuable as an occasional treat! These are NOT a replacement for long-strand hay or fortified pellets that are part of your small pet's daily diet. These are only compressed alfalfa grass hay and do not include the vital nutrients that fortified pelleted food contains.
