We cut the wood, we create your design, we calibrate our lasers, we stay engaged during the engraving process and have to fix errors, we sand the wood by hand to give a smooth finish and a nice look, then we stain/finish your wood engraved sign, carefully package it and get it to your door. There is nothing automated about the process of the items we engrave - especially our most popular custom wooden signs.
