POLAR CAMEL SUBLIMATIONThere are a few important things to know about the Polar Camel tumblers beforeyou sublimate. First the tumblers are similar to all other sublimatedproducts in that the transfer and tumbler surface need to make direct contactand reach about 385 degrees before sublimation will occur.Optimal image quality will be achieved using Polar Camelsspecifically designed for sublimation.Because not all ovens are created equally the dwell time in an oven can rangefrom 4-6 minutes. Convection oven is recommended.Thirdly you will not be able to decorate full bleed due to Polar Camel'scomplex shape but you will be able to apply singular graphics. It is also notrecommended to sublimate this style in a mug press due to the taper.There are 2 methods of sublimating this product - in an oven using shrink wrapor a silicone wrap.
