Who doesn’t love Italian food? This zesty herb-based, salt-free rub can be mixed with olive oil for a marinade, rubbed onto meat or simply sprinkled on a pizza. Our not-so-secret ingredient is dried bell peppers. Everyday Italian blends are fine, but in our opinion, they were missing that sweet, zesty hit that can only come from bell peppers.
