This is an Elgin 12 size 17 Jewel open face pocket watch. This watch has a good glass crystal, good, blued fancy hands, stained metal dial, good bow, stem, sleeve and crown. The watch has a clean nickel open face 7 jewel movement that winds, sets and ticks with brisk motion. It was not tested for timing accuracy.
