This gold color becomes diluted to more of a chartreuse green in more shade. In autumn, this foliage turns to red and purples before fading to tan for the winter. Yellow-green flowers emerge in mid to late summer. This grass adds an extra texture to any shade garden., especially planted with Heucheras and Hostas.
