Beginner Hat Class - July Hat by Courtney Kelley

Beginner Hat ClassMondays, May 12th, 19th, and 26th from 5-7pm.$70 plus supplies*. This is the class for knitters who are comfortable with knitting and purling and want to learn how to make increases and decreases, read from a chart and ultimately make a hat. Casting on and binding-off will be reviewed.  The project is July Hat by Courtney Kelley. Supplies needed for the class are July Hat by Courtney Kelley pattern, US #7 (4.5mm) and US #8 (5mm) 16inch needles and US #8 (5mm) double pointed knitting needles, 100grams of a worsted weight yarn, stitch markers, and a tapestry needle. Suggested yarns are Journey Worsted by Julie Asselin or Seis Cabos from Malabrigo.  **The fine print on classes:*Yarn needs to be purchased from Wasatch and Wool or there will be an additional $35 class fee. Class participants will receive a 10% discount on non-sale supplies. They will also receive the 10% discount on the final day of class for future knitting projects.
