The old version E1&E2 has been discontinued. Upgrading from an older version to BMG Dual Drive? A. Click Setting in LCD Screen, Set E Step to 395 Or  B. Update the firmware and then press reset in Setting in LCD Screen The old and new versions of E1 and E2 cannot be mixed because of different motor pulse values. Please make sure you do not intend to mix the old and new versions for printing!
