Arrayán Rosado - 2023

Tasting Note: A wine with a bit more heft than your average rosé. Notes of candied cherry, sweet spice, and strawberry. Tangy and zesty on the palate, with a hint of ripe pink grapefruit and gorgeously broad, rich texture. Predominantly Syrah, with a substantial percentage of Cabernet and Grenache. – ABV: 13% Winemaking: Saignée method. Each varietal is vinified separately. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 20 days.
