STAIR RAIL WILL HAVE TO BE CUT PRIOR TO SHIPMENT Top & bottom rails for 12' (oc) section of stair railing. Stair top & bottom rails are used for stair railing sections when the stair railing top rail is also serving as a handrail and graspable hand rail is a building code requirement. Can be used with Regal stair pickets, wide stair pickets, and stair glass panels. Actual length is 141". Made of extruded aluminum.
