PENTART Ultra matte glue and varnish in one. Water-based glue and varnish for decoupage technique that dries Ultra matte. Spreads easily and evenly. Apply the varnish and glue on the bottom and top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles. Ultra matte glue and varnish in one. Result is highly matte and water resistant.
