This 1/2" ID port fits a barrier thickness of 1" - 1 1/2". The unit provides a aesthetically pleasing pass through from one side of a barrier to the other, while still maintaining that finished look. This 1/2" unit will not allow the passing of Ethernet or coaxial cables through it opening if the ends are attached.
