The smaller of the two Eight.3 portable ballast pumps by Ronix is still about speed and claims the prize for the 2nd fastest pump available on the market. This pump only draws 14 amps and is designed for older ski boats produced before 2009 that do not have a 20 amp fuse on the auxiliary power outlet (cigarette lighter adapter). This 3000 gallon per hour aerator pump is made to be dropped either over the side of the boat for filling or directly into your telescoping ballast bag for draining.
