Thyme steam

Organic thyme and other cold care herbs  Use 1/4 cup in boiled water in a heat safe dish , inhale the vapors, drape a towel over head if desired Do not perform the steam on the stove itself, use fire and burn safety. Not recommended to inhale longer than 5 minutes if using the towel method. Keep hot liquids away from children and pets.
