Chai Spice Dust

A zero waste addition to the perfect chai latte! DONA upcycles these spices from their brewing process to create a light, aromatic powder to dust over DONA lattes. After brewing, they send what they cannot reuse to McEnroe Organic Farm in Upstate New York to be composted.  How to pour a DONA signature lunar latte: Mix DONA concentrate equal parts with milk in a steam pitcher or in a saucepan over the stove. Steam or heat to desired texture and temperature then pour into your drinking vessel. Use a lid or something to cover half of the top of the latte while you dust DONA spice blend over the top of the drink.
