This Old Malt Cask is unashamedly for connoisseurs of the finest expressions of Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This 24-year-old Auchroisk Speyside was bottled from a single cask at exactly the right time to capture the best of its unique characteristics. Bottled at 50% strength to maintain drinkability and ensure the personality of the cask remains. This is a limited production of only 293 bottles produced for the entire whisky world! Matured in a refill sherry cask for almost a quarter of a century before being bottled in February 2021, it has aromas of yellow apples, heather honey and caramel which complement the smooth notes moss, cinnamon and stewed fruit throughout the palate and a long sweet finish.
