May contain Soy Shipping Information Your Macaron will be shipped in an insulated cooled-bag with an ice pack to ensure the freshness and quality of our products during transportation. We only ship Monday to Wednesday, therefore avoiding non-deliverable days, which will extend the delivery time and cause potential damage to the order. We offer transportation insurance for a minimal fee. Please note that the ice pack may not be cold upon arrival, as the purpose of the ice pack is to keep the product cold during transit and may be thawed by the time it arrives.
