Herbal Sitz Bath

This is our herbal blend for soaking in sitz bath to support treatment of hemorrhoids, afterbirth & vaginal ailments. INGREDIENTS: Proprietary Herbal Blend: White Willow Bark*, Rose Buds & Petals*, Calendula Flowers* & Lavender Flowers*.* Certified OrganicDIRECTIONS:For a general sitz bath find a basin that you can sit in, and fill it with water. Then pour that water into a stock pot, add one third to half of this bag to the water (you can put the herbs into a muslin bag or leave them right in the water). Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool to a comfortable temperature. Pour the water into basin and sit in it for at least 20 minutes. You may treat conditions with a sitz bath up to 3 times a day. 2.5oz
