This is the famous rotating Cirkut camera. It the shop we have a Cirkut photo of a group in which two guys ran from one end to the other and got their photo taken twice.This camera is not working. We do not know the problem but presumably the mechanical action needs some love.It uses various gear combinations to achieve different effective shutter speeds.
