Antique Victorian Early Cut Diamond Chandelier Earrings

She wore them to the theatre and her companion told her that she might have to take them off, lest they compete with the actors onstage, such was their brilliance.These fantastic earrings are set with very early cut diamonds, some are European cuts and some are Mazarin cuts and some are old Dutch flat cuts, all of them are lovely and lively and winking with fiery goodness. The earrings are set with a total of 26 diamonds. Due to their odd cuts and shapes, these diamonds are hard to figure a total weighs on, I am estimating that each earring contains approximately 1.65 carats in diamonds for a total weight of 3.25 carats. These early earrings have the most amazing movement for flashes of sparkle with your every move. These beauties measure 63 mm from the top of the wire to the bottom of the earring, and they are 16.3 mm across at the widest point. Together these earrings weigh 8.5 grams.
