A Southwest adapted heirloom favored by market gardeners across the country. This batch was originally obtained from the late great John Navazio who selected them specifically for the SouthWest . So as with many of the "well know" varieties in our collection they will do better in our climate than other Marketmore batches Planting Instructions: Start Marketmore Cucumber seeds indoors 3 weeks before last spring frost and transplant after all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed a bit.
