The Trimbach family has been producing wines in Alsace since the early 1600’s and is currently on their 13th generation of winemakers, making them a legendary staple of the region. Their vineyards are found around Ribeauvillé, planted in limestone rich soils, creating wines with an emphasis on structure and age-worthiness. This cuvée is lifted and bright, with notes of tangy lemon, killer acidity, and a tight yet power-packed structure.
