Varietal Nebbiolo from one Roagna never disappoints. The estate is one of Piedmont’s top producers and is best-known for their dry, aromatic cuvées made from long macerations and Slavonian oak aging. Fruit is hand-harvested from 20 to 25-year-old vines and fermented for ten days in large wood casks. This top-quality Langhe Rosso shows notes of tart cherries, leather, and tar, marked by zesty acidity and solid structure-- a true ‘baby Barbaresco!’
