Headed by brothers Marc and Alexandre, Domaine Bachelet-Monnot calls some of Burgundy’s best appellations home. Their vineyards are situated across numerous premier cru sites, including Puligny-Montrachet, BatardMontrachet, and Santenay. ‘Les Referts’ is vinified in a combination of new (35%) and used oak, leading to pleasantly plump final wine noted with flavors of lemon skin, wet rocks, pastry dough, cream, and baking spice.
