A strand of 50 large Venetian African Trade with red and white eye beads dating to the mid to late 1800s through the early 1900s. Also referred to as "skunk" and sometimes "thousand eye" or "dot" beads.  These beads are in excellent condition. Relatively rare in this size and condition. Length of strand 26" Beads Per strand 50 Size of  Bead 13-14mm Weights and sizes are approximate. The beads may have nicks, chips, and scratches as appropriate for the age.  Please examine the photos carefully. The wooden ruler on the scale photos is on the metric scale.
