Rare butterscotch color, some burn marks, 43x34x20mm,. 18g Antique natural amber from the Baltic Sea region. It was traded to West Africa along the ancient Amber Route from antiquity.  It was for centuries and still is valued as an adornment across West and North Africa. This is an antique item, collectible, coveted by jewelry designers.   These are very old beads, so imperfections and scratches are normal. Please examine the photos for details.
