Antique Bohemian "Vaseline" glass beads CRBM_10424_D

These vintage Bohemian"vaseline" glass beads come from the West African trade, where they were held in high regard and traded for valuable commodities. Made in Bohemia in the late 19th - early 20th century, these are also referred to as Uranium beads. This is a strand of green and rare topaz-colored beads. The green beads show a strong fluorescence effect under the UV light, while the others do not. Condition:  They are in good antique condition. Some may have age-appropriate nicks and chips.
