Medium sharp. Flavors of malty sweetness and buttered toast. Jalapeno Cheddar - Jalapeño & Habañero are added to this creamy cheddar. Great pepper flavor throughout with a touch of heat at the end.Ol' Redneck Cheddar - Our beer bathed cheddar that is then cave aged for 3+ years.
