Kaizen Process Walk (Office) Training Module

In the Lean office, a process walk is a thorough review of the work that is going to be improved. It establishes the baseline "before" conditions and helps the team gain a more thorough understanding of the operation. This module covers how to determine data needs for a kaizen, how to identify what data needs to be collected in advance, and how to do a process walk during a kaizen.
