This is a License plate bracket with original 1964 Utah license plate that is labelled as being for a 1953-1954 CadillacIf you are purchasing this for a 53-54 Cadillac, please review the pictures to make sure this is the correct part for your car.Used condition with rust, grime, scuffs & scratches - we did not clean this at all. Has a portion of a chrome license plate frame also - adds character!Great patina and grime for a Rat Rod.
