Comes with 4 x #6 Wood Screws (this mount uses different screw holes to attach to the structure as depicted in the pictures!) All mounts are flush mounts with a left or right angle from 0 to 90. When facing the door from the outside Standard Flush mounts are offset 1/4 inch no left or right angle. Left 15 Mounts on the left side of door with camera angled 15 degrees toward door. Right 15 Mounts on the Right side of door with camera angled 15 degrees toward door. Left 30 Mounts on the left side of door with camera angled 30 degrees toward door. R
