3B Scientific Plant Cell Model

Study the structure of a typical plant cell using this greatly enlarged model (magnified 500,000 to 1,000,000x life size). Important organelles are shown in raised relief within the cytoplasm and are depicted in full form and cross section. The cell wall, cell membrane, nucleus, Golgi apparatus, ribosomes, chloroplasts, mitochondria, and smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum are shown. Organelles cannot be removed from the model, eliminating the chance of losing them. However, the entire model can be removed from the base, which depicts adjacent monochromatic plant cells.
