This is the best liter of Grüner around! Believe me, I've tried a lot of them. What's great about the Soellner Danubio is that it doesn't feel forced, there are no corners cut here. Underripe peach, snow pea, white flowers, and a perfect amount of salinity. As crispy and versatile as you will find. Toni and Daniela Soellner have been pioneers of organic and Biodynamic farming in Austria's Wagram region, on the banks of the Danube River, starting in the 1990s.
