Non-vintage blend of the 2016 – 2022 vintages. Winemaker’s note: “Our Blaufrankisch library consists of several dozen ‘volumes’ today, as I started collecting them from the 2016 vintage onwards. Contrary to its friend Dopamine, released at the same time, this wine is a very deliberate combination of 9 barrels that complement each other.In this wine, we don’t want to showcase the voice of one given location, vintage or point of view; its force lays in the fact that there are 9 of them, no shouting or boasting but rather a pretty civil debate. A very personal wine in which I return to the different stages of my journey and winemaking philosophies of the last decade.” Grapes: Blaufrankisch Vineyard: Blend of different plots, all certified Organic. Planted between 1972 – 2001.  Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted by hand. Left to macerate on the skins in open vats with gentle punchdowns. Spontaneous fermentation, followed by slow pneumatic press. Aged in older 225l and 400l
